The quickest way to get in touch is to phone us.  If you need to leave a message then you can be confident you wont be waiting long before we get back to you, provided you called within working hours.

Booking an appointment online is really easy, just a few clicks.  You wont be asked to sign up for anything, wont be expected to provide any payment details and you wont receive any spam.  All we ask for is a name and contact number and then you're free to take as long as you need to choose a time that suits you best.

If you are attending for the first time please aim to arrive 5 mins early so we can take down some contact information from you .  If your problem is in your hip, thigh, knee, ankle, foot etc. then please bring some shorts with you to allow us to see the area while completing your assessment.

If you have a Medicare EPC referral from your doctor, please bring the referral including the pages with the Medicare logo on as well as your Medicare card.

For WorkSafe claims you will need a claim number, a confirmation letter from the insurance company that your claim has been accepted and an Initial Certificate of Capacity from your doctor.

For TAC claims you no longer need a referral from a doctor to receive physiotherapy but you will need a claim number.
